By using Knightstar Video (knightstarvideo.com) you agree to these terms.

The store

We sell DVDs through timed auctions and Buy It Now listings. All prices are in US dollars.

Bids are binding

If you place the winning bid, or click Buy It Now / Reserve, you've agreed to buy the DVD at that price. Please bid only if you intend to complete the purchase.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards through our payment providers. Your order is reserved when you check out; it's confirmed once payment clears.

Sales tax

Orders shipping to a New York address include New York sales tax (currently 8% of the DVD price).

Shipping

Single DVDs ship for a flat $4.89 via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders with several items ship together in one box for a single combined-weight shipping price. Your DVDs are mailed within 2 days of payment.

Returns

Our 14-day money-back promise is described on the Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login private and for anything done with your account. One account per person, and you must be 18 or older to buy.

Fair use

Don't try to break the site, rig auctions, scrape listings in bulk, or use the store for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The DVDs

We sell pre-owned DVDs unless a listing says otherwise. We describe condition honestly, but pre-owned discs may show light wear. If a disc arrives broken, won't play, or is the wrong movie, the Returns page covers you.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
