Knightstar Video ("we", "us") runs a small DVD auction store. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email address, and a scrambled (hashed) password when you register.
- Orders: what you bought, the price, your shipping state, and your chosen payment method.
- Site activity: your bids, watchlist, and auction history — that's how the store works.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). We never see or store your card number. Card details go directly to the payment provider on their secure pages.
How we use your info
- To run auctions, process orders, and ship your DVDs.
- To contact you about your orders or support requests.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run the store: payment providers (to take payment) and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
